ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Lori Nelson. I have enjoyed teaching music for over 20 years! I received my Associates Degree from Barton County Community College, Bachelor Degree from Fort Hays State University, Masters Degree from Baker University, and my Orff Level 1 at Baker University under Marilyn Wood. Most recently, I received the Outstanding Elementary Music Educator award for KMEA South Central Kansas and was added to the Baker University's Education Wall of Honor. Both of these were unexpected and very nice honors. I hope you have time to learn about music at Soderstrom Elementary School through the website.
