5th Grade Math

Welcome to my page! I am Robin Roets, and this is my 27th year of teaching. From the time that I was in 5th grade, I have known that I wanted to be a teacher.

In November, I will be married 27 years to my husband, Tim. Together, we have 2 daughters: Morgan and Emily. Morgan is 24 years old and is a cosmetologist in Manhattan. She is also in a band called "The Two Timers". Emily is 22 and is a 5th grade teacher in Goddard, Kansas. In addition to having 2 daughters, we have 3 dogs: Sophie, Kelce, and Bindi.

I love teaching math because it was always a difficult subject for me when I was in school. Throughout my teaching career I have come up with tricks (usually in the form of a song, dance, or both)that help make some of those tricky concepts not so tricky...Get ready!!!
